Having been the owner and CEO of my company for 39 years, I sure do value the guy in the warehouse as he very often has some really good ideas and all you have to do is listen with both ears and keep your mouth shut! However, so many CEO's just think they know everything and only their ideas will work!
If the lowly guy in the warehouse is so stupid, why does he still work there and god forbid, get promoted up the ladder according to his ability and work ethics? So few start at the top! Think about it!
