My only issue with the Millersville KOA is that they have breed restrictions.
The breed restrictions are not totally bad as they encourage me to spend my camping dollars somewhere else.

Well, there are only a few full service campgrounds in the DC area and people always ask where to stay. I like the country parks in Fairfax county but many stay at Cherry Hill in MD but this place in Millersville MD is another alternative. They run a shuttle every day to DC for I think 10 dollars. It will drop you off and pick you up at the end of the day. Now you are not far from DC but you are also close to Baltimore and the aquarium and the inner harbor and you are close to Annapolis with the Bay and the Naval Academy too. I think this is the most centrally located place to stay if you want to do the DC, Baltimore Annapolis swing. If you are just DC then Cherry Hill or my favorite Bull Run campground. IT is close to the Air and Space annex and the VA side of things, like Arlington National as well.
Well here are a couple shots from last night at the campground so you can see what it looks like. While the sights are standard in a row there seems to be pretty good space between most of them and they have some in the woods too but not what I would want for a big rig.
Between the power pole light and his campfire we can see pretty well.
