He lives in Cincinnati. Not sure of the area but his address is there. I sent Winton Woods an email, not sure how busy they are during the week this time of year.

Little farm on the river is an rv park in lawrenceburg,Indiana that is off the interstate 275 loop. Great river side camp sites, about half hour or so from downtown. It is near the Hollywood casino

Crittendon KY, 30 minutes south, Cincinnati South Campground. Clean and out of the way. You will hear trains at night but with the AC on not a problem. Full hook ups too.

Steer clear of the one at Walton KY, Oak Creek is the name.

There is a FMCA camp ground if you you are a member!

We are only staying a couple of days to visit my brother. I will try the Winston Woods.

Here's the list. I'm a native. Cincinnati isn't exactly a vacation destination. Winton Woods and Steamboat Bend are both about 11 miles away from downtown. Private CGs are even farther away. And Steamboat Bend requires weekly rental - in advance. If you're just passing through, I'd keep on driving.
