Different route to Otter Lake in Marshall's Creek?

It's been a couple years since I was at Otter Lake in Marshall's Creek, PA. I've heard that they did some road changes in that area. Do I still have to take the narrow, windy, 7 mile road from the ...

Sorry to report all is the same. We live in the area and there has been no improvement in the access road from any direction to Otter Lake.
