State laws are flakey even though the EPA has recently begun supporting the reuse or separate handling of grey water..
when we bought a home in oregon within the last couple years I contacted the county for policy and directives.......no not no but.......well you heard the rest............and that was the county position......so state policies aren't the only thing to consider.
this link opens to colorauder' (just to bug you), but has other state info also......

basically it is telling us RV'ers if you are traveling you kinda gotta count on your camp host to give you guidance....
I ran into a wall trying to get my USDA FS manager's support....but I've seen them in other USDA FS campgrounds.....each has allot leaway concerning things..........
