eastern sierra 395 overnight needed
We are thinking about going south by way of 395 and stopping at Death Valley - Maybe... depending on the weather. Need a stopping spot somewhere along the way for overnight. Suggestions?

Unless things have changed since I lived in Bishop (5 years ago), Browns town closes for the winter. Paiute palace also has a parking area for RV's. I don't think they charge. You just have tell them you are there.

Not sure when they open but They should be open for fishing opener in April. Browns hardware on wye road owns it. A call to them may answer your questions.
