Going to be the first one down south this year!

We are leaving Sunday for South-TX (Rockport)! Going to eat our way through Louisiana first. Will settle in and experience some hot beach weather and get ready for a little tent beach camping when school starts. Also, want to get into the great early fall fishing! See yall when you get there!

    We stayed there last spring on someone's recommendation in here. We had a great time as it was the opening of Abbeville's downtown music season. The park has huge trees that are so massive that they have steel supports to hold the limbs up. We will be watching the schedule for next springs trip home. May just wander on up the trace too.

    Darsben, seafood places. Shempys out side of Rockport south on 35. Charlotte Plummers in Fulton near marina. Enjoy

    We are in Homer Ak. right now ,56 degrees, and thinking winter in the valley will be warmer than the summer we're spending in Ak.

    Sounds wonderful!!! We may be leaving early this fall also.

    Got a new to me truck and 5'ver for this years migration south. We'll see how that setup works out for us.
