Grassy Flat vs Panther Flat USFS Campground -- Calif.

We will be staying 1 to 2 nights near Gasquet CA while visiting the Redwoods. I found of of US-199 the above two USFS campgrounds but could not find much info/reviews. Reads like Grassy flats in near...

Panther flat is great. I live up the road from it. Last summer they had problems with their water, not sure it's fixed. Jedediah smith is the most well know campground in the area. It's right down the road in hiouchi. I've been down every Forest service road in the area dozens of times but I can't remember grassy flat.
