- Im guessing you're not in a hurry, as it is only about 400 miles from GS Al to Jacksonville. I just finished a one way 420 mile trip.. A little long, but not bad. 8.5 hours total.
Mike - Check rvparkreviews.com, around Madison, FL. I just came down a highway the other day and saw, what I want to think is Deer (??) motel and rv park. From RV reviews it would not be something I would think to stay at. As I passed it, I definitely would stay there. Several nice rigs and not far off I-10.
A few miles off your track is Suwannee River Rendezvous in Mayo, FL. I spent 3 nights there... super nice campground. Might even hook a good discount. - Gulf Shores State Park is fantastic!!!

- What kind of campgrounds do you like? Are you looking for an easy overnight? Or do you want to sit a spell at each stop?
- i looked up reviews on Tallahasse rv park says sites are very close together.
- Tallahassee is about halfway and Tallahassee RV Park is one of the best in the area and just off I-10.
