Hows Quartzsite?

I am planning quick trip tomorrow,16th,to scaddon wash area .I have been trying to see the comet from Casa Grande area but to much light now to see on the horizon before sunup.
with dark sky and clear eastern horizon,should be able to see mars,mercury and the comet
