Being a big rig, I was told that Knoebel's campground was going to be problematic. We'd be better off at Lake Glory.
I couldn't get a 50amp site at Lake Glory, so I ended up at J&D Campground. We enjoyed it. Here's my review:

In fact, when we go back in May, we're planning on staying at J&D.
Turns out, we stayed at Lake Glory last weekend instead of J&D (because we wanted to be able to setup a tent for the kids to sleep in). We had a good time and I'd gladly go back. We were on site #104 - it was a big corner site. It is setup as a pull-in but we liked the extra privacy of backing in. We opted not to use our sewer so that we didn't have a sewer hose running through our site. Had I not been going to the next campground directly, I would have waited to hook up to dump on Sunday. The site was close to the playground and the kids loved fishing in the lake with my sister's boyfriend.
The folks at the camp store were very friendly. My sister and her family camped with us used the shuttle. I don't know if it is always, or just because it was one of the first weekends- but the shuttle only ran until 6:30 but the park was open until 8:00. Her boyfriend ended up taking the shuttle back in the afternoon to fetch their minivan so that they could stay until close.
For me, the deciding factor between J&D vs. Lake Glory is:
1) being able to get a sewer site
2) if we want to be able to use the pool
I felt like we had more elbow room at Lake Glory than at J&D. And, the site that we were on at J&D backed up to a field and then the road- we definitely had road noise from it (jake brakes and fools honking their horns).
