Thank you all so much for the suggestions and ideas! You see my problem...TOO many options!! :-) For our first trip out for the season, I'm hoping to stay a little closer to home, more like 2 ish hours. So that narrows it down a little! We won't be able to head out until Friday afternoon, so we'd rather not have to set up camp after dark. Also hoping we can find a place that's not crazy crowded since its spring break time. I'm excited to head to the beach and to the mountains this summer! Charlotte really is a great place to live if you love camping!!! Thanks again! Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated as well!
