There are a few on or practically on Lake Champlain beaches in New York and Vermont. The Burlington city's North Beach campground is one example I'm personally familiar with; the campsites are not technically on the beach, but it's very few steps between them and the beach is lovely and sandy (and quite popular at times during the summer).

Sandy Neck and Nauset spit on Cape Cod or Duxbury Beach east of Plymouth. All are subject to random, unannounced closure due to piping plovers.

If you want to be as close as you can get without the salt spray and having to air down you tires, try the campground at Horseneck Beach.

Last I knew you could also beach camp at Sandy Neck on the cape. Same as the national seashore, you need a permit and properly outfitted vehicle.

For AT the beach camping, a opposed to on the beach, you can check Hammonasett and Rocky Neck State Parks in CT. Last I knew there were no hookups at either. Also Scusset Beach and Salisbury Beach State Parks, I believe both have some hookups.

Some of the sites at Wolfs Neck Oceanfront Campground in Freeport ME are, as stated, oceanfront. Been a while since we stayed there but I think some of them have partial hookups.

See you haven't been to Michigan yet. There are a few CGs on Lake Huron. I have not been there but heard there are some nice ones right on the water. Sorry forgot the names of them.

Check out the RV Parky app for some of those, Right away I ran across the Lobster buoy campsites in South Thomaston Maine.

Just enter the state in the app, and the map will come up with buttons for sites.
