There are a few smaller CG's along the Muskingum River outside Marietta (Ashland RV Park, Marietta RV Park, etc...), but I have never been to them, so I can offer no opinions.
Wolf Run State Park in Caldwell, Ohio is about 35 miles from Marietta. We go there almost every year. It is a VERY nice CG and easy tow.
Carthage Gap CG near Coolville, Ohio is maybe 20 minutes from Parkersburg. We have stayed in the lower area and the upper area. I preferred the upper area in the outer sites (more space). The owners there were fantastic people.
There are a few other CG's along the Ohio River and Muskingum River that I am not familiar with...maybe someone else can chime in on those.
Sorry I can't be of more help, but there aren't a ton of CG options around here.
