Well now that is quite a question as there are four big Finger lakes and a few small ones. Seneca, Keuka, Canandaigua and Cayuga are the big ones. There are NY State parks at Seneca, Keuka and Cayuga that would be fine for you especially Seneca Lake which is Sampson State Park. You would need to see what you plan to do as it can be a VERY long way from the side of one lake to the other side of another. We live close and I can give you more information if needed. Here are the parks I would suggest that would be good.
Junius Ponds - Geneva (top of Seneca Lake)private
Sampson State Park - East side of Seneca Lake
Keuka Lake State Park - East side of east fork of Keuka
Cayuga Lake State Park - smaller sites
KOA in Farmington/Canandaigua - not great for big rigs and $$$$
Watkins Glen State Park - don't even try it NOT big rig friendly
Clute Memorial - probably good for you - I would call first that is in Watkins Glen which is at the bottom of Seneca Lake
If you want to stay closer to the Rochester area, I would stay at Webster Park (county of Monroe park) and you could take day trips to Finger Lakes or other areas (Niagara Falls 2 hours)
