Roaming the Eastern Sierra Nevada Caldera T.R. is up

Nichols, We've been to the San Raphael Swell, but have not done the ashtray. I've never been a smoker, so it doesn't hold a lot of interest.

I'm curious ... have you ever visited the Cosmic Ashtray in your rig?

The TC crowd really has it together when it comes to great trip reports. Maybe that's because they do the kind of trips we like -- out away from the crowds.
