State parks between St. Augustine and Daytona

Faver Dykes is our usual stopover for the night when heading down to the Keys. However, I see it will be closed next spring for renovations. Now I'm looking into other state parks between St. Augustine and Daytona. I'm looking at Anastasia, Tomoka, and Gamble Rogers. Of these, which is easiest to get in and out of with a 34' travel trailer? Also, my wife will be towing our 18' boat with her car so we'll need room to park it also. Thanks.
  • Probably Anastasia, tho Tomoka is the easiest to get a reservation. I've seen big 5vers back in their CG so you can get in there. Never camped at Gamble Rogers.
  • Gamble Rogers can be a little tight to maneuver depending on how much space campers have used across from and facing your site. Also a bit hard to get into since it's oceanfront.
  • We've been trying to get reservations in all three for February or April, no luck always full for our dates! Also Coquina Loop, sites 106-139 in Anastasia State Park Campground will be closed beginning March 18, 2018 for renovations making it even tougher. Good luck!
