Warning issued against Americans traveling to Progresso

Being so near the Mexican border in Texas has been a problem and a concern to many snowbirds for a few years now. We were there for 4 years with our last year being 2007-08. The McAllen police told us then it was only going to get worse after our neighbour had his truck stolen from the Don Wes Flee market. People defend where they go for the winter. People make their choices where they feel is the best place for them.
