Yep, he just did mine last month and he did more than I expected for less than he originally estimated. Excellent person to work with.

They have not done interior work for me but they did an excellent job with the work they did do on my chassis.
If I had a choice, and I was headed anywhere near Dallas, TX then I would wait and schedule an appointment with "Ernie"! Otherwise, from what I can tell, Premier should do a good job.
Are you replacing carpet with carpet or carpet with something like wood?
