how do I stop hung clothes flying off rod when traveling

When driving down road and hit a dip on rd truck rear goes down and rear of trailer goes up throwing all hung clothes (where clothes closet is located) on to floor of closet Any ideas on how to stop...

I'm using regular wire hangers, it's not the coats , shirts etc falling off hangers it's the hangers , clothes together launching off rod,,, must be some way to hold hangers onto bar like another removable bar on top of existing rod ,clamping down hangers
