We solved this problem by installing a flow adjuster Lasco # 08-2469 ($5.29 at Ace Hardware) in place of the shut off valve provided and solved the dribbling shower head issue. We boon dock and could not see wasting water unnecessarily. Hope this helps those who want to eliminate the constant dribbling.
we did the same thing, we don't have much of a temp change.
