Range hood mod

We got a new range hood for the TT. It had the same wimpy worthless light in it. The RV store owner said do this... a small connector that plugs into the bulb socket and a flat multi cell LED plugs into the other end. The LED has a sticky back that glues to the interior of the hood. MAGIC it casts an incredible amount of light on the stove top. My lovely thinks it it is great! 12. Bucks total.

  • I love this because the LED will use so much less power than the stock bulb @ 12V on battery.... Especially for boondocking.

I and others have posted previously about installing silverstone fans. I think there are some threads with pics and all. I often forget that it's running.

  • I too replaced my range hood light with a flat LED. Had to bend the bracket a little with needle nose pliers...otherwise easy.
