It seems that most of the TT's we're looking at - in our price and weight range - only offer a 2-burner cooktop rather than the 3-burner range or oven. I'm guessing this is more of a cost consideratio...

I like that cooktop upgrade too. Looks like a quality must-have item and would give more space for pots. What brand is it? The standard Suburban stove seems rather basic and minimalist. DW would kill me, but when I run out of mods to do, I can see doing this.
We have an oven, have never used it, likely never will, and it's so tiny. I can see reclaiming the space for storage. We don't use the cooktop much and use the BBQ whenever we can, but when it's cold and wet outside, you can't do without the cooktop.
If there is such a thing that will fit, I'd also like to install a better range hood.
