2015 Keystone Raptor Roof Torn

Question

My rubber roofing material ripped from the front cap back about to the first air conditioner. I'm currently working the Johnny Walker RV in Las Vegas, we are involving Keystone and hope for a favorable information from Keystone. This is definitely a manufactures flaw. The material came right out of forward seam.

Just curious of anyone else may have an issue like this with their Keystone product.

I was on the Fuzion forum and read that a few others had the same issue along with fiberglass cracking somewhere around the bedroom slide due to an issue with the frame.

I've also heard that Fuzion was having the same issue. I was told that by the service department where I'm having the Raptor repaired. I hope Keystone pays for the repair
