It would depend on the 5th wheel They're not all built the same. Mines only 28' and I tow with a 2018 Ram 2500. Mines a mid profile and it sits 1" high in the front. It's going to depend on what size frames under the 5th wheel as well as what size tires are under it along with how they built the front over hang.
