New truck and unsure if I will need to add Timbren springs or similar towing 14-15000?

Real world experience, please. I needed them in my 3500 duramax...they made a tremendous difference.

From what I have noticed smaller trailers with 15" wheels have been nose high. Larger trailers with 16" wheels have been close with most needing to be adjusted up if you can.

These rucks are high, too high.

But they do look cool.:)

I was totally wrong in looking at these pictures. I thought since I was looking at FW that were in the 12k dry weight with a 15k loaded the only option I had was a 350, 3500 etc DW diesel. I really didn't want the DW if I could avoid it, but I wanted to have more vehicle that needed to be safe. I'm learning quite a bit today.

Thanks

Take a look at this pic of Rodney's. Do you "need" them? Probably not. The truck is designed to pull with a load on the rear. But would you want them? That's your call. I'd do them or air bags.

Well, Rodney did add some upper Stable Loads to tweak the stance a bit. I'd say, hook her up and see how she performs, and then decide to add the Timbrens or not. I added them to my 2016, and its just right.
