I would not allow them to replace a 30 amp fuse with a 90 amp fuse unless they guaranteed me (in writing) that they verified that all associated wiring is sized to handle 90 amps.

Slides starting/stopping during extend/retract are frequently due to a failing auto reset circuit breaker.
