Thanks pipewelder. Yes, I have spoken to Nick. He advised me about drilling, tapping AND trimming. By chance was your Airborne the regular profile instead of the extended? The regular is higher and shorter. The extended is much longer, especially the plate which is 20 inches long.
I appreciate everyone's help, but when Nick at Pulliam tells me the capture plate needs to be "trimmed", and the dealer tells me that metal as thick as the capture plate will most likely have to be cut with a torch, well, this is why I would REALLY, REALLY like to find out if the Demco capture plate which is an exact fit will work with the Pullrite.
