Ave cost for rubber roof replacement
What are folks seeing for repair costs to have the roof replaced with another rubber EDPM one? Was told it runs around $10,000.00 (for a 35' range 5er) which I thought was absurd.

The roof itself isn't the cost driver. The labor needed for removing & replacing the AC, taking off the old one, cutting all the misc. holes and fitting the new one are what makes it expensive.
