Axle alignment after lift?

Hello all, I've got a question about my Dexter torsion axles on the Rockwood 5th wheel I'm thinking about lifting. After buying a new 2017 F350 my 5er is towing quite a bit high in the front. I'm debating on getting Dexter's lift kit for these axles to level everything back out. My question is, will it be necessary to realign things after bolting the spacers in? I may be wrong (this is why I'm asking), but since all the bolt holes are already there for everything, will the axles line back up afterwards? I'm looking at Dexter part #K71-707-02.
Next, if they do have to be realigned, could I not pull some strings down each side of the 5er tires before I unbolt things and then make sure they go back to that point afterwards. Hope that last question makes sense, kind of like how mason's pull strings when laying brick :h

Woodwalker2010 I know this is an older thread but wondering what your solution was on your Rockwood and new Ford. My 2018 Rockwood has a nose height of 60" new FOrd trucks 59..Ughh My 2006 Ford is 55 enough room...

While a string test is OK, the OP needs to be aware that our dear friends at Lippert have been known to build frames with off-center king pins. Just sayin'...

Alignment should be the same. However, it doesn't hurt anything to do the string thing. But, the trailer has to be absolutely level on a level surface. Couple of YouTube vids show the procedure.

Really is no adjustment, the bolt holes in the kit locate the axles. If it's straight now, it will be the same after you lift it.
