Bed Room Slide

We have a 2010 Fuzion 383 Touring Edition. We were all packed up and ready to leave and the bed room slide will not come in. Removed the bed bottom to check the hydrulic cylinder all ok, checked the movement and the framework for slide is working good. Where it hooks to the slide has come loose, can't tell how it attaches. Any ideas. We had an appointment up state so took our truck camper and off we went. Will work on it when we get back. any help appreciated
  • The jam nuts are all loose so that is how it started, now the ram moves back and forth with ease just doesn't move the slide. We left the slide all the way out so shouldn't be a leak. will post when we get it fixed.
  • Our bedroom slide would not seal up tight after a we had our 383 a year. Took bed completely out and found the jam nut on end of hydraulic ram was loose and the other nut had loosened also. The ram is connected to an angle iron that goes across slide wall. Lag bolts hold it to floor. Water had got in and particle board had damage. I cut a piece of marine plywood to fit over floor and glued and used wood screws to fasten it down. Reattached angle iron and readjusted hydraulic ram. It is holding up so far.
  • Bummer, we'll have to keep an eye out on our 383. Please post back when you find out what the issue is.
