Black tank pull valves are leaking on my fuzion

I have a 2019 keystone fuzion 373. I need to replace both black water cable valves. My question is, where do I cut the bottom to gain access?
Didnโ€™t know if someone had a service drawing of the bottom that shows the area to cut?

Thanks for all the replies, i am going to try using a dissolving type cleaner, then a bottle of valve lubrication, if that donโ€™t work Iโ€™ll just have to cut me an inspection hole to see where I need to start. If I have to cut it, I will cut it on 3 sides folding it towards the front so the wind wonโ€™t pull it back open and go for it. May even try the electric valves. I researched one that turns the light off thru limit switch when fully closed.
My problem started with the back tank leaking, now itโ€™s both black tanks. Thanks again for the tips.

so figure out where to cut ,and how you,ll fasten them back up. then do it. OR some day you,ll have a tank full of poo and can,t get rid of it. rubber gloves and go to it.

I hope it helps too. We also had put on an external valve gate because it wasn't closing all the way.

could be just your cables are rusted a bit.

I really have a hard time when manufactures design a system knowing the parts have to be replaced from time to time, so it requires a dealer/technician to replace simple parts.

Thanks for your response and info. They are cable pushed and pulled. They are very hard to work, so I figured they wasnโ€™t closing all the way because I had to put a valve on the outlet for the sewer hose to attach. There possibly could be something in them. I have tried the tank blaster wand for the back tank with no results. The front tank is impossible because of the way the sewer is routed to the tank. I will try the drain valve lubricant and see what it does. Hope that will do it, it will be a pain in the butt to find and fix them Iโ€™d think. I called Keystone for a diagram but they want a dealer to fix it. I donโ€™t wanna pay their price, since I am capable of the repair. Lol

Are you sure you need to replace them? Ours wouldn't close completely and we thought the same, but a serviceman at a local RV shop said they are probably gunked up. He recommended Thetford RV drain valve lubricant. We followed the directions and they now open and close completely!
