Converting my dully to a 10 wheel drive to handle Toyhauler

My 5th wheel cable cable dislodged from a load in my truck bed (cable hooks into the truck bed) and I was glad that I had a manual transmission and exhaust brake in my c6500 coming down the grade into Oxnard (CA). Anyone towing heavy loads with a diesel should look at an exhaust brake. My two cents. Now back on topic.
