Is Curt a good hitch? I have always had Reese hitches but have an opportunity to get a 20K Curt for $250. Looks fairly new. Thanks

I have to 20K Curt on my TV. Very easy to operate, but at my age a little difficult to lube and to check the bolt torques. I get help to do those jobs. Other than that, I love it.

I have a 6,000 lb Curt on my BMW X5. It seems rock solid. I've heard no horror stories or even anything bad about their hitches, only good stories.

Curt Q20 and Q24 along with Curt pintle hitches are without a doubt the most popular on the different commercial haulers forums I'm a member of.
They should work great for pulling a RV several times a year.

Thanks everyone. I will be buying it. You talked me into it. Right now my brother is sharing a hitch with his grandson. Grandson is moving so I am giving my 16K Reese to my brother. Just wanted some thoughts as I have never owned one. Thanks again.

When I bought my Patriot the installer sold Curt's. He said he wished everyone bought the hitch I bought.

I have the exact hitch. It is excellent. My last was Reese and it was very good but the Curt seems to release easier when uncoupling. I would highly recommend.
