Damon Hornet question

We want a very small (21ft) trailer and found a fifth wheel, a 1998 Damon Hornet. It is clean, looks nice, and is well within our budget. Does anyone have any experience with one of these? Would you recommend it? We are weekend campers and need to be able to fit a trailer in a tight spot next to our home. Would you recommend a fifth-wheel over a regular trailer?
