Does anyone make a new front bunkhouse floorplan like this?

I used to own one of these Jayco HT 29.5FBDS fifth wheels. Really liked the floor plan.

Trying to find if anyone still makes something like this with main bed and bathroom on lower level and under 35’.

I’ve been searching manufacturer’s web pages and haven’t found anything yet. Thought I would ask the hive mind!

While certainly an unusual FP what immediately hit me is the complete lack of counter space to work on. How does one do dishes with the door on one side and the stove on the other?

On the plus side is the location of the TV. Mounted on an angle it is visible from all locations in the room except the table chairs facing away from it.
