Dumping half bath black tank every other trip or so?

Hi...a question for the "seasoned" bunch...

We have done two trips on our Salem 346QBUD. I now have a feel for how quickly we'll fill up the various tanks if our usage patterns remain relatively constant. My unit has a bath and a half. Rule of the camper is that if you gotta go #2, use the front/main bathroom. So the half bath only gets #1 and toilet paper.

Over the course of a 3 day weekend, we do a pretty good job of filling the main black tank to a little over 2/3. We've taught my girls to use plenty of water when flushing. However, the rear black, at most, will reach 1/3 of a tank.

I have 2 sewer outlets. The rear outlet is just for the outdoor kitchen and the rear black. Even though we wash hands plenty in the outdoor kitchen, over the course of a 3-day weekend, we won't even fill that gray up to 1/3 of a tank. When I flush the rear black, I want to follow up with some fresh water to rinse the sewer line out -- but there really isn't enough in the outdoor kitchen gray so I had to run some water into the tank just to flush the line...and that's a pretty big waste of water.

The half bath sink and galley share a gray...and they run to the front sewer connection. So what am I leading up to? Can I leave the contents of the rear black (just pee and toilet paper) for 2 or 3 camping trips before dumping it so I can also build up some water in the gray to flush it down? I do have a black tank flush on both black tanks...but not having to hook up two hoses each camping trip will also save me some time for setup and teardown. But...I don't wanna cause myself any issues. Are there rules of thumb surrounding this? Adding certain chemicals to combat odors if I'll leave the contents in there? Camping trips could be a few weeks apart...or a few months apart. If I know we'll park for a while, I will dump the tank...but if the next trip is only a few weeks away, what the thoughts about leaving the contents until the next trip?

As always, thanks for your input.
