IMHO none of them. They all seem prone to a high failure rate
X 2
X 3,,,Avoid them like the black plague, especially drainmaster!!! - MdMike1007ExplorerThe cable valves on my Heartland SUCK! I was considering this as an option as well.
- cbennExplorerI have electric valves on my 08 GrandJunction and have "0" issues with them, they hold and open as required.
I have now had the trailer 7 years, still have the originals with no problems, ensure they are installed straight up or as much as possible, this is a big reason they fail.
And I wonder how many people that speak negative of them ever had them or have them now, curious - mike1polesExplorerDrain Master:

They are top of the line. We have not any problems with them! When installed, don't skip any steps or improvise, follow the directions as stated and all will work perfectly.
Hope this helps and God bless,
Mike - goducks10ExplorerIf it says Lippert on it, pass.
- Dick_BExplorerI don't like them either UNLESS they have a manual override.
- Swamp_ManExplorerOn another forum, a lot of the users are switching from the electric to the manual due to failures. I have had the manual and have no reason to switch. More parts means more an go wrong.
- marty17ExplorerThanks, I am looking forward to your recommendation
- RoadpilotExplorerI don't know the brand right now but the electric gray and black valves in our MH have been more reliable then the manual ones we've had on two other MH's. I'll try to look at the brand tomorrow.
