Entry Door Problem

We have a problem with our entry door dragging/binding on the bottom. After inspecting it I find that the nylon/plastic bushings on the hinge are about all missing letting the door down about 1/4". Has anyone else had this happen and is there a solution other than replacing the door? I don't see any way to remove the hinge pin or even if there are any replacement parts available. Thanks

Thanks for the ideas! I will try to find some e-clips today!

Your local hardware store will have 'e-clips' which are made to attach to shafts. Find the one that fits your door hinges and use a couple of them to raise your door a little higher. When you are satisfied with the height, apply a drop or two of lubricant to the new e-clips. Worked for me.

If you go to the rv store, they sell a nylon wedge that is held onto the bottom of the door with a screw. It will lift the door as it hits the threshold and probably solve your problem.
