Two of the three fit side by side at the foot of our queen bed, each holds 4 pairs of shoes. The height was perfect, they stick into the room about an inch past the mattress. I mounted them by drilling through the end panel, then using bolts, nuts and fender washers to secure the Trones.

I can't find the picture, but a member of Fulltime Families makes shoe racks that hang on the screendoor of the camper. It's great for slip-on shoes for going in and out. It's one of the best things that I've added to the camper.

Our solution was to open up the stairs, also added one more step. Shoes slide under the stairs.:)

When I converted to a plug in style AC cord on the back of my Cougar I was left with a cubby hole that held the push in cord. I took the front panel off the now empty storage box and put a cabinet door in its place and use that space for my shoes.

Hold about 6 pairs.

Shoes we use by the door, on a throw down rug. Rest in the storage area under the bed.

I took an over the door shoe rack, cut it in half and mounted it in the back of the closet. Works real nice except it's designed for shoes of women's width. I can't use every space though my wife can.

I should get one of those. Maybe my DW would quit "reminding" me about my slippers, etc., that seem to get left on my side of the bed. My Sig P-226 would fit nicely in the 2nd or 3rd slot, too. :B

We used an over the door multi-shoe holder, cut in to strips and attached like the ones in the photo.

Flip-flops in the "pass-through" storage area. (Wet when I return from the campground shower, they stay outside.) Boots in the storage area under the fiver's nose. When I take a pair of "nice" shoes, they stay in the big bedroom closet. Running shoes and "every-day" shoes stay under my chair at the dining table.
