I have done exactly what you are looking to do on my Weekend Warrior LE3305 5th wheel. The cabinets are exactly the same as on your tow behind. I will get pictures and the details on what I did including the mount, LCD TV and how I stow it when moving. Its been in place for a couple of years now with no issues at all.
