I have a 2013 canyon Trail Aztec EditionI wanted to fill the fresh water tank as the campgrounds is having issues with the water supply and it was just draining onto the ground. Does anyone know if this unit has a valve on the drain line or is it just supposed to have a plug in the line?Your help is appreciatedCraig

My Cardinal has a cap on the drain line, no valve.

Not sure your model, but on the opposite side of my TT from my fill tube is the drain for the fresh water tNk. Mine is Lso clearly marked on the bottom of the TT.

Just wondering why you feel it necessary to post three times this question?

Whether or not it has a valve or a plug shouldn't much matter.....you aren't going to fill that tank with it draining out.Go to Home Depot/Lowes/Ace Harware etc. and get a valve and put it on the line.Or search inside rig for a hidden valve and close it.

look at the end of the tube where the H2O is draining out. If it is threaded, you can just screw on a plug. That is the way mine came.You can also attach a valve there like I did on the last RV.

I took the plug off of mine and installed a PVC ball valve, so I don't have to unscrew it every time I go to drain it.

The only other two lines coming out the bottom of mine, are the low point drains. These both have a shut off valve on them.

On mine there are three lines coming out at that location. Obviously one is the drain, I assume one is the vent, and what might the third one be? Any idea?

Thanks Jerry, I assumed that was it but if there was a valve so much the better since I live in mine in Ohio was worried about that line freezing.
I will get a plug and try it that way.
