I think you're on the right track considering the limited mileage you plan on pulling. The upfront penalty ($$$$) might not be worth it for you. But then I guess I must ask why a toy hauler if its just going to sit in one place at a marina all season, then back home.
Maybe I'm missing something but if you're not "hauling toys" why not get a conventional fifth wheel?
