Hitch rail rubber gasket .....

A couple or more years ago I bought 4 rubber anti clatter rubber mounts/gaskets that go between the bed rail and the hitch. I can't recall where I got them or the name. I believe they were talked about on this forum but nothing shows in a search.

Does anyone recall this or where I could find them.
