installing a slide tray
Just purchased a 30ft 5th wheel adrenaline surge toy hauler. Plan on leaving my winners circle parked at campground for weekend getaways and using the surge for race trips and such.
Really doesn't have any storage compartments so I was tossing the idea of making a storage tray under the front of the toy hauler just behind the landing gear and installing a slide out tray in it to carry chairs, patio mat, and such thinking I would keep most of the weight on the front and truck.
Has anyone had such a project and how did it turn out...pros, cons?
