I am using RG-6 Coax and I found the Antenna amp on wall. I took the coax that is feeding the TV (when amp is switched off I lose all channels) with AMP off and still no connection to the internet. I pulled the amp from the wall. It has 3 Coax attached. It looks like 1 feeding into amp and two coming out. I assume that this is a switch. When the amp is on it feeds the cable going to TV. When the amp is off I assume it feeds cable but it doesn't seem to work that way or degrades the internet signal too much to connect to internet.
I am going to try and feed another cable in to entertainment area and go from there.
