Your truck has a 12,000# tow capacity and you want to know if you can tow a (almost) 14,000# GVWR fiver :h
Maybe you won't load that heavy, but you will be surprised how much stuff a fiver can swallow!
For a start the 2800# pin weight, added to the weight of passengers, stuff and the hitch, is going to overload the truck.
Then the weight of those same passengers, stuff and the hitch has to be deducted from the 12K# max tow rating.
Chances are your total payload rating is not much more than 2000# if the truck is a 4x4.
Are you beginning to understand why the first answer was "NO".
Look for a fiver that has a GVWR well below that 12K tow rating and you may be OK, but watch that total payload. OR, if you have not bought the truck, find a SRW F350 with a higher numerical axle ratio.
FWIW the truck in my sig, even though it is rated to PULL 15,000#, is only 400# UNDER max payload with a 9600# fiver.
You almost fell into the diesel 3/4 ton payload trap!
