You could also look into help with your States AG's office. While not RV related, they have been very helpful here for me on a few issues when Big Corporate mentality got in the way.

Sounds like a cosmetic issue on a unit out of warranty. Good luck on that one. I doubt that a state's AG would touch that one. Befor clear coat, all automotive finishes use to fade in two years and there is no law requiring clear coat (yet).

Thor now owns Keystone so good luck! There was a lot of paint problems with Keystone but if it's the decal then you're going to be pretty much out of luck.

You might get a better response if you park outside the dealership with a big sign pointing out the quality of the units they are selling.

Here is some additional detail. We ran in to another cougar owner at a campground in our area over the week of July fourth. Their dealer (not Campingworld) was able to get their 2011 model covered under warranty by Keystone.

The allowance did not cover all labor required, however the dealer absorbed the remainder since they sold them the camper to begin with.

We spoke to the same dealer and they confirmed this.

However since we did not buy from this dealer, they indicated that they could not do so for us, since we did not buy from them. Kind of understandable.... So back to my speculation that CW might be able to step up and do the same.

one would think that with Camping World being Thor's largest selling outlet, if any dealership can get them to cover an out of warranty repair, CW should be able to do so as well .... that said, their willingness to absorb part of the cost of the repair is a very different matter

My dealer reprinted mine with no problems I sent pics to the dealer and they sent them to keystone and got approval. I did call keystone myself first and told them I was aware of the mistake that they did not put enough uv inhibitor in the paint.

Thor has owned Keystone since 2001.Thor owns many brands.
