Modification Suggestions for Semi-new DRV

We are purchasing a 2015 DRV Tradition from a dealer. Planning to install after-market washer/dryer, dishwasher and rear camera. Any other modifications you suggest we consider?

Although we have a lightweight we use for weekend camping, we are new to the fifth wheel semi-full time camping. (To answer the question, will be towing with a Ford F-350 DRW 6.7L Diesel). Searched the Forum and did not see anything with general suggestions for modifications.

    Thanks for all the feedback. Your comments helped me feel good about the DRV model we bought since it had many of the options you suggested (like residential fridge, 2 acs, air pin, 8,000 lb axles and disc brakes). Did get the satellite TV antenna. The F-350 had the 5th Wheel Hitch package. Will check about lift kit.

    Get the optional 2 inch lift kit if you have a late model 4x4 truck or you will definitely be nose high. It should be standard then you could just adjust hitch but they prefer not to spend that $40.00 for steel and let you spend $1500.00 later

    Very one of those are a must have IMHO.

    If you are in a money spending mode, get an air ride hitch, Mor/Ryde IS suspension, Disc Brakes, residential frig and inverter, That should put a major dent in the bank account,

    Love our Whirlpool washer and dryer. No need for a dishwasher. Don't have a rear camera but have yet to need one.

    Completely agree!

    We lived in our 36SB3 for 3.5 years and learned what we liked and disliked and had a pretty good handle on how to order the 16 MS we now have.

    I agree with Old-Biscuit regarding mods. But get whatever options you want initially.

    Get the bedroom ac if it is not already installed Also get the satellite TV antenna installed. The two ac's are a must.

    Under options, if it were me, I would get -
    Trailair® Air Ride Pin Box
    Kodiak® Disc Brake Package* or the 8,000 Lb. Axles, Disc Brakes and Goodyear® 17.5" Tire Package
