Need help with water connections

Friend sent me this photo of his new 5th wheel. He's trying to get it hooked up. It's not like anything I've seen and the labels don't help.

Does anyone have a panel like this that can tell me what the 3 connections and 3 valves are?
I'm thinking #2 is city water and #3 is water heater bypass.

Thanks, Dan

  • Had one a lot like that one. If he is wanting to use city water hose to #2, #4 to Normal flow(current photo position) and #5 winterize to off. It is on in the photo so he would not get city water. Also, #3 hot water heater by-pass is on (bypassed) in the photo.

1 without seeing full label could be take flush
2 should be anti-freeze suction port for winterizing
    6 is city water input

    X2
  • after you get done reading all these guesses, break out the owners manual. look one upon line if you don't have one.
  • 1 without seeing full label could be take flush

  • When the unit is winterized, RV antifreeze is pumped into all the water lines and needs to be flushed out. YouTube video might be in order. In my RV, there was a sticker in that compartment that described what each thing was. Also, if the unit is new, the dealer should have gone over all these steps at the walk through.

With no selector, I will purely guess that the #1 is the fresh water tank fill port.
  • He has not dewinterized yet. He wants to use city water

    What is 1?
    What does 5, winterization do?
  • 2 fresh water hose connection
    3 water heater by pass
4 fresh water tank if not connected to city
    5 winterization valve
    6 black tank wash port

Is he trying to hook up to water supply or use his tank?
    Has he dewinterized?
  • I’ll review the manufacturer’s literature. What is the make, model and year?
